Phase 1: Onboarding (Months 1–3)

  • Learn the LHH story, our 50 years of mission, and value proposition
  • Master foundational SDR skills: outreach, qualification, and objection handling
  • Get hands-on with our technology tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Orum, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and more!

Phase 2: Skills Mastery (Months 3–12)

  • Weekly coaching aligned to your development goals
  • Deep dive into SPICED qualification methodology, persona-based messaging, and pipeline building
  • Peer reviews, call breakdowns, and enablement sessions with our GTM & Marketing teams

Phase 3: Progression Planning (Months 12–18)

  • Prepare for your next role: Account Executive, Customer Success, Account Management or Marketing
  • Build your internal brand and leadership toolkit
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and mentoring
  • Join a pathway program structured by your manager

Base salary + commission with incentives for opportunities created and pipeline generated. Top performers are eligible for annual All-Star events.

How long before I can be promoted?

SDRs are typically promoted within 12–18 months, supported by our progression framework.

Yes, we support hybrid and remote work to suit the needs of our team.

 

 

What tools will I use?

How is the academy structured?

Expect a mix of live workshops, e-learnings, role-playing, peer-shadowing, assessments, and a structured onboarding program led by seasoned sales leaders + dedicated SDR Enablement.
