- 53% of HRDs told us that business leaders have expressed concern about staff retention; so much so that it has been identified as one of the top three biggest challenges
- 47% admit that it’s hard to recruit new talent to close the skills gap, and the study pinpointed many reasons for this.
- 50% said that their organisation’s recruitment and assessment processes are outdated and not fit for purpose – with this figure rising in certain industries.
