Australia's Leadership Accountability Gap
Global LHH research into the state of leadership has found that Australia has a profound leadership accountability gap, the largest found worldwide.
The survey revealed that Australian business leadership is perceived as too ‘laid back’ and, at times, too accepting of underperformance. This has produced an overall culture of leadership that emphasizes harmony and cooperation over dealing with difficult issues and conversations.
