At LHH we integrate services and experience in reindustrialization, revitalization, studies, consulting and corporate dialogue with both employees' representatives and national / local institutions in order to successfully complete restructuring projects that have a strong impact on employment, territories and local communities.
Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability are at the heart of our activities, not only as values, but even more as a guarantee for greater efficiency.
Our teams have more than 20+ years of experience with numerous successful projects (see below) in which we have always worked to minimize social impact and maximize the involvement of all agents and stakeholders with lasting outcomes for all.
We promote reindustrialization processes that allow us to undertake a positive management of restructuring, minimizing the impact on employment, business activity and the territory.
We pursue the reindustrialization of sites to maintain industrial and/ or logistics activity, making the assets available to one or more new investors, linking the conditions of the transaction to the commitments of job creation.
We manage the project in a holistic way, considering its global dimension, including a communication strategy, both internally and externally.
We work for the territories that are affected by the loss of business or manufacturing plants and warehouses, industrial relocations, energy transition processes and decarbonization or depopulation.
Through projects of territorial revitalization and economic promotion, we promote industrial and business activity, encourage the recovery of employment levels and help recover an economic dynamism that guarantees social and territorial cohesion.
In order to shape a shared and objective understanding of the situation, we support businesses and local stakeholders in precisely assessing the 360° impact of restructuring projects on people and territories so as to build locally adapted action plans.
Corporate dialogue with stakeholders is critical for all to understand what is at stake, what are the mutual expectations and how to effectively create cooperation-based action plan. To this end, we establish communication toolboxes dedicated to both business (staff, managers, unions) and public stakeholders (ministries, local state representatives, local political players).
